A Farmer’s Dinner featuring four of our very special partners, Top Market Meats (rabbit) farmer Lesley Zinger, Chassagne Farms (our poultry) Carol Precious, Keystone Farms (pork) farmer Jamie & Organic Ocean ( fish) Mike, they will be in attendance that evening & Ken will feature each in a course. This dinner is to celebrate the special relationships developed between passionate people that produce our food! It is also to especially celebrate Ken’s departure from Enver’s & his new journey, he is going back to school to become a teacher in Culinary Arts in high school. I have worked 18 years with him & will miss having him around every day. But we are fortunate and proud to have Lee who has worked side by side with Ken for 14 years on the line taking the helm in the kitchen.

Hope you join us in celebrating this occasion as Katie calls “The Last Supper”!

Patio special this week: Scallop & pancetta linguine-carbonara style $17. My suggestion is start with our charcuterie board featuring Trotter's artisanal meats with housemade pickles & preserves & then have pasta! Eat like an Italian & enjoy the summer!

Enjoy an evening of grazing featuring the flavors of the Mediterranean! To start the evening an introduction to "Trotter's Butcher Shop & Charcuterie", Brett will be here to showcase their product which is house cured using locally sourced animals. Then a relaxed evening with the bbqs fired up! We will have craft beer & wine specials! Price is $50/person for the evening.

An evening to launch a new venture for Wellington County, a dinner series featuring our talent within the region, chefs, purveyors & passion! We have all worked together at various times together, we all love what we do!

The first dinner series will feature The Fat Duck and Trotters Butcher Shop and will be held at Enver's July 24th & 25th. The menu will celebrate the bounty of Wellington County summer season!

This year we are raffling gift baskets and offering a gift wrapping service for donation. We are raising money to help support Lee & Nancy who had triplets in June and have had a very challenging year. The boys were born at McMaster Hospital and are all home now! The baskets will be displayed at Enver's & The Aberfoyle Mill, tickets are $5.00 or 3 for $10.00. The gift wrapping will take place at Enver's on Dec 13th & 20th.

Enver's is participating in the LCBO Campaign featuring Ontario VQA wines and Ontario Craft beer from Sept. 16th to Oct. 11th. We will offer Ontario products by the glass to be paired with our Local food menu and will also offer $10.00 off any Ontario VQA wine by the bottle. Wine Tasting Dinner

Friday Oct 3rd Enver's will be hosting an evening featuring Buena Vista Winery based in Sonoma. The founder of this winery was The Count of Buena Vista for which the Founder's Red is named, the actor who played "The Count" from the Adam's Family TV show tours promoting the winery and will be present for this event.
