A Farmer’s Dinner featuring four of our very special partners, Top Market Meats (rabbit) farmer Lesley Zinger, Chassagne Farms (our poultry) Carol Precious, Keystone Farms (pork) farmer Jamie & Organic Ocean ( fish) Mike, they will be in attendance that evening & Ken will feature each in a course. This dinner is to celebrate the special relationships developed between passionate people that produce our food! It is also to especially celebrate Ken’s departure from Enver’s & his new journey, he is going back to school to become a teacher in Culinary Arts in high school. I have worked 18 years with him & will miss having him around every day. But we are fortunate and proud to have Lee who has worked side by side with Ken for 14 years on the line taking the helm in the kitchen.
